Mrs. Wilma Chesnutt Ezzell, 93, formerly of Fayetteville, passed away to meet her Savior on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Mary Gran Nursing Center.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 30th at 2:00 PM at the Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in Clinton Cemetery.
Born in 1923 in Sampson County, Wilma was the daughter to the late Winifred and Mary Murphy Chesnutt. She was employed with the Civil Service, retiring after 28 years and a member of Hillside Baptist Church.
Mrs. Ezzell is survived by her Husband Thomas O. Ezzell; Sister, Patricia Fryar & husband, Sherwood of Clinton; Nieces & Nephews: Ann Potter, Ricky Haislip, Kim Stroud, Lynn Barksdale, Elvin Yancey & Mary Pope.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Scott Chesnutt; three sisters: Hazel Shaw, Dixie Yancey & Peggy Quick; and a nephew, Jimmy Seay.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1pm at the funeral home.
