William James Simmons, 26, of 1438 Honrine Road, was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 26, 2026.
A Celebration of Will’s Life will be held on Thursday, April 30th at 11:00 AM at Clinton Family Worship Center with Pastor Ben Troublefield & Dr. Penny Ziemer officiating. Burial will follow in Clinton Cemetery.
Will was born on February 3, 2000, and was the son of Adam Whitfield and Jamie McLamb Simmons. He was a member of Carr Memorial Church and a graduate of Hobbton High School, Class of 2018. Will loved life and was known for his loving heart and welcoming personality. He was self-employed and was talented in construction and landscaping. Will will be missed beyond measure and remembered always.
In addition to his parents, Will leaves to cherish his memory his sisters: Abigail & Anna Simmons; maternal grandpa, Johnny Michael McLamb & Marilyn Thompson of Clinton; paternal grandparents, JW & Betty Simmons of Clinton; special friend, Karime Acosta; aunts and uncles: Terra & Trey Phillips, John & Kelly McLamb, Darren & Tina Jackson, Nicholas & Beth Simmons, and Josh & Magon Simmons; special cousins: Maddy, Emily, Preslee, Ryley, Miley, Aubree, Macie, Emersyn, Ellisyn, Luke, Ella, Grier, & many other friends & relatives.
Will was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Rose McLamb.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 29 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel, and at other times at 3188 Hunter Road, Clinton.
