Polly Wilson Hope, 76, of Nashville, formerly of Clinton, passed away at the Gardens of Nashville on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
A Graveside service will be held at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, on Friday, April 3, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Taylor officiating.
Born in 1950 in Franklin County, Polly was the daughter of the late Barney James and Etta Chadwick Wilson. She was a control tower operator at Kinston Airport, Kinston.
Polly is survived by a son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. Three sisters: Lucy Collier (Whit) of Raleigh, Jean Pugh of Las Vegas, NV and Jewell Ryals of Fuquay Varina.
In addition to her parents, Polly was preceded in death by her husband, Randal Everette Hope; brothers: James, William, Robert, Gerald, and Charles; two sisters: Etta Mae Connelly and Audrey Hartsoe.
The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
