Rainey Elizabeth Sessoms Lamb, 90, passed away Tuesday, June 15th, 2021 at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, June 18th at 1:00 PM at Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ken White officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

Elizabeth (Lib) was born in Sampson County to the late Thomas Mason Sessoms and Beulah Sessoms. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Walter Lamb, and several siblings.

Elizabeth was a member of Roseboro Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church.

She was very active in her community and loved everyone she met. She worked with her husband and children on the farm. Lib loved her family dearly and liked to prepare meals and quilt for them and thoroughly enjoyed Christmas and all the preparations.

Survivors include her sons, Terry Sessoms (Carolyn) of Clinton, Tommy Lamb of Roseboro, Dennis Lamb (Kristine) of Spring Lake, stepdaughter Kathy Hamby of SC and brother Cecil Sessoms (Annie) of Clinton, grandchildren Carol Wagoner, Anna Grace Wagoner, Lakisha Dresko, Reece Dresko, Rebekah Poolos, Katharyn Morel, Jonathon Morel and Matthiew Morel and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial gifts may be made to Roseboro Pentcostal Free Will Baptist Church.
