Mrs. Pat Scott Armatys

Mrs. Pat Scott Armatys, 81, of Jasper Street, passed away November 2, 2022 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 11:00 am at Clinton Family Worship Center, with Pastor Lynn Blackburn officiating.

Born in 1940 in Lenoir County, Mrs. Pat was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Elizabeth Oglesby Scott. She retired from the Department of Social Services of Sampson County and following retirement, she found her true calling - which was working for her Church, Clinton Family Worship Center. Pat was the Church Secretary and a devoted church member, who loved her family unconditionally and would do anything for anyone in need. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her, because to know her, was to love her.

She is survived by, two sons: Todd Anthony Armatys and Kelly Patrick Armatys and wife, Shirley, of Clinton; Grandchildren: Reid Armatys and wife, Alanna; Patrick, Tyler and Victoria Armatys; and Westley Lee; great-grandchildren: Ramsey and Aurora Armatys; two brothers: Christopher “Woody” Scott of Clinton, and Craig Hollowell and wife, Robin of Bolivia; niece, Whitney Meads; and special family member, Ann Westbrook McLemore.
