Mr. David Allen Taylor, 59 of 64 Big Piney Grove Rd., passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Mary Gran Nursing Center.
Graveside Services will be held Thursday, February 3, at 2:00 PM at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 1481 Fleet Cooper Rd., Roseboro, NC with Rev. John Hobbs officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
Born on July 2, 1962, in Sampson County, David was the son of the late Herman Lee and Ruby Rackley Farley and stepmother, Treva Taylor. He was a member of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church. David had a passion for fishing, hunting, and anything that involved the outdoors. David was a true fighter, and he never gave up.
David is survived by two brothers: Randy Lee Taylor and wife, Diane of Turkey, and Billy Ray Taylor and wife, Kim of Hampstead, NC.; one stepsister, Sandra Stallings and husband, Larry of Rocky Mount, three stepbrothers: Kenneth Anderson and wife, Ruthanne of Wichita, Kansas, James Anderson of Fayetteville, and Timmy Anderson and wife, Janet of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews.
