Mr. Morris Dixon Gallagher, 84, of 616 N. Pine St., Warsaw, formerly of Clinton, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
A graveside service with military honors will be held in the Clinton Cemetery on Wednesday May 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan officiating.
Born in 1941 in Sampson County, Morris was the son of the late William and Lissie Mae Bass Gallagher. He was a Veteran of the U S. Air Force and a retired Graphic Designer.
He is survived by a son, Phillip Morris Gallagher of Warsaw.
He was preceded in death by a brother, B.J. Gallagher. Four sisters, Ruby Turner, Jessie Morrell, Eva Cannady and Sudie Jones.
The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
