Mr. Malcolm Lee Stone, Sr., 67, of 7588 Turkey Highway, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at his home with his loving family by his side.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 18th, at 2:00 at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Cotton officiating. Burial will follow at the Wilson Family Cemetery.  

Born in 1957 in Proctor, Vermont, Malcolm was the son of the late Eugene Howard Stone and Allie Grace Strickland Stone.   

He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Wilson Stone; Son:  Patrick Wayne Stone of the home;  Five brothers:  Archie Stone of Newton Grove, Keith Stone of Clinton, Chris Stone of Newton Grove, Howard Allen Stone of Clinton, and Earl Stone of Faison; Three sisters:  Sadie Winchell of Vermont,  Linda Tyner of Patrick, SC, and Jeanie Campell of Newton Grove; Three grandchildren:  Caden Stone, Bella Stone, and Nicolas Williams.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 P M and other times at his home.

In addition to his parents, Malcolm was preceded in death by a daughter, Christy Stone Williams; a son, Malcolm Lee Stone, Jr.; and a sister, Rose Stone.
