Mrs. Lillie Mae Holloman Headley, 74 of 150 Pickle Shed Lane passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 28 at 2:00PM at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dave Page officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the Funeral home and other times at her home.

Born in 1945 in Sampson County, Lillie Mae was the daughter of the late Willard Luther and Lucille Flynn Holloman and the widow of Lindsey William Headley, Sr. She was a member of Grove Park Baptist Church and truly enjoyed being apart of it. Lillie Mae worked many years with the United States Postal Service and also enjoyed cooking and flower gardening. She loved life, the Lord and her family more than anything and will greatly be missed.

Lillie Mae is survived by her daughter, Brenda Denise Jones and husband, Billy of Roseboro; her son, Lindsey William Headley, Jr. and wife, Julie of Clinton, her sister, Patsy Millen and husband, Darwin of Clinton. She was also blessed with 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Last, but not least, she leaves behind her four-legged companion, Pete.

In addition to her parents and husband Lillie Mae was preceded in death by her brother, Morton Holloman and sister, Nell Garner.
