Mr. Kenneth Wayne Hall, Sr. 86, of 257 Brewington Rd., passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Kitty Askins Hospice in Goldsboro, NC.
A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, March 2nd at 11:00 AM at Mt. Elam Baptist Church Cemetery, 2211 Mt. Elam Church Rd., Roseboro with Rev. Jeff Dail officiating.
Born in 1934 in Wayne County, Kenneth was the son of the late Mark D. and Callie Bliss Howell Hall. Kenneth was a Veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War and a member of Mt. Olive First PH Church. After being released from the Army he spent over 30 years in the Jewelry business where he managed Reeds and Barne’s Jewelry and later spent 15 years in the used car business.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife for over 60 Years, Mary Elizabeth Tew Hall; two daughters: Christy Renee Hall of Utah and Susan Honeycutt Lloyd and husband, Kenny of Sumter, SC; two sons: Kenneth Wayne Hall, Jr. of the Home and Lance Hall and wife, Robin of Dudley; and sister-in-law, Nellie Hall of Dudley. Kenneth is also survived by his seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren who he loved.
In addition to his parents Kenneth was preceded in death by his stepmother, Gladys W. Hall; son, Craig B. Hall; sister, Audrey H. Coley; brother, Donald E. Hall.
The family will receive friends following the Graveside Service at the Cemetery and other times at his home.
