Ms. Elizabeth Ann Ryals Bass, 82, of 142 Westbrook Rd., passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 3HC Kitty Askins Hospice House of Goldsboro with her family by her side.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 25 at 2:00 PM at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park.
Born on May 22, 1941, in Harnett County, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Dewey H. and Henrietta Batten Ryals. She was a member of Brown Baptist Church and attended as her health permitted. She spent many years in nursing as a CNA with O’Berry Center of Goldsboro. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Melissa Bass Davis, and husband, Randy of Clinton; son, Bryan Bass, and wife, Amanda of Clinton, daughter-in-law, Cathy Bass of Clinton; and last but not least her loving seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Elizabeth was preceded in death by her son, Allen Bass.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday beginning at 1:00 PM at Royal-Hall Funeral Home and other times at her home.
