Constance "Connie" (Way) Burgette

Constance Way "Connie" Burgette, 68, entered into rest June 20, 2021 at her residence. Constance was born in Augusta, Georgia on October 17, 1952 to the late Lester Way and Maggie Smith Kelley and her husband T.C. Kelley. She worked at University Hospital and was a homemaker. 

Survivors include her son, Vernon R. McKenzie, III, sisters, Sandra Turner (Mike), Leslie Force (Mike), Linda Owens (Harry), Judy Rainwater, three grandchildren, Joseph, Jacob and Callie McKenzie. She is preceded in death by her parents and a son Christopher Burgette.

Graveside services will be held at Grandview Memorial Park in Clinton, NC on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 10:00 am.
