Mr. Braulio Antonio Acosta 103, of 65 New Pine Lane passed away at his daughter's home on Monday, November 27, 2023, with his family by his side.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cirilo Sanchez officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
Born on April 1, 1920, in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Acosta was the son of the late Juan De Jesus and Herminia Hernandes. He was a retired maintenance employee. Mr. Acosta was also known as “Campeche” meaning “Strong”. He was strong in his work and was strong in his love for his family. He loved to keep busy. You could always find him working outside or spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Altagracia Guzman. Daughter, Amarilis Bueno, and husband, Pedro of Clinton. Son, Juan Acosta, and wife, Lisbeth of Clinton. Brother, Antonio Acosta of the Dominican Republic. Six grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday night at Royal-Hall Funeral Home from 6 til 8 PM.
