Mr. William Timothy Harris, 57 of 101 E. Johnson St., passed away December 14th, 2018 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 17th, at 2:00 PM at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. E.C. Mattocks officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
Born on April 14th, 1961 in Sampson County, Tim was the son of the late William Frank and Joyce Lemuel Guy Harris and the widower of Brenda Culbreth Harris. He was a member of First Baptist Church and attended Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. He was a retired manager of Sherwin Williams Paint Store of Clinton where he was employed many years. In his spare time, Tim enjoyed spending time at the beach and was an avid fisherman.
Tim is survived by his wife, Sheila Royals Harris of the home, two stepdaughters: Tara Lane of Clinton and Christy Tyndall of Wilmington; his sister, Bonnie H. Blackman of Clinton and nephews, Matt Daughtry and Ben Daughtry both of Charlotte and his three step grandchildren, Catelynn Tyndall, Chasity Tyndall and Kaleb Lane.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 PM on Monday, at the funeral home and other times at his home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
