Carol Janine Raynor, 53, of Ridgeway Street, died on Friday morning, July 14, 2017 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 19th, at 11:00AM at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel, 301 McKoy St., Clinton, with Dr. Ray Ammons officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.

Born on March 14, 1964 in Sampson County, Carol was the daughter of the late James Arnold Raynor.  She was a member of Rowan Baptist Church and a diehard UNC Tarheels and Carolina Panthers fan. 

Carol is survived by her mother, Edith B. Raynor of Clinton; a brother, Robbie Raynor of Clinton; nieces: Ashland Raynor of Clinton and Nichole Mesimer (Ryan) of Greenville; a great-niece, Adalynn Mesimer  of Greenville; a special cousin, Lynn R. Daughtry (Johnny Ray) of Clinton; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and a special buddy – her dog, Harley.    

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00AM at Royal-Hall Funeral Home.
