Mrs. Allie Avery Williams Bell 79, of 105 Royal Lane, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday afternoon, December 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. Dan Hudson officiating.

Born on January 16, 1938 in Sampson County, Allie was the daughter of the late Annie Lee Lockamy and Earnest Douglas Avery and widow to Louis D. Bell.  She was a caregiver all her life, with a passion for helping others and taking care of those in need.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her many grandchildren.

Allie is survived by her daughter, Teresa Lynn Bell Williams of Fayetteville; her son, Larry Thomas Avery (Beverly) of Warsaw; Daughter-in-Law, Debbie Harrell Cannady of Clinton; brother, Earnest D. Avery (Peggy); ten grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter;

In addition to her parents, and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons: Ronald Douglas Williams and Stanley Ray Williams; and three brothers: Raeford, Edward and Jarvis Hudson.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday, beginning at 1:00 pm.
