Mrs. Elizabeth Barber Allman, 86 of 954 Rowan Road, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 5th at 2:00 pm at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Robert Oliver officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Born on December 11, 1930 in Virginia, Mrs. Allman was the daughter of the late William Albert and Joanna Barber. She graduated from Old Turkey High School and was a retired seamstress. She was a member of Turkey Baptist Church and the widow of Hugh Patrick Allman.
Mrs. Allman is survived by her two sons: Roger Allman of Ingold and Roy Barbour & wife, Nancy of Clinton. She was also blessed with several grandchildren whom she adored. Her favorites were Crystal Barbour, Maggie Barber and Lita Barber.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers: Calvin, Lynwood, Dewey, Wilbert, Morris, Clayborn & Roncie Barber.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, January 4th from 6-8 pm at Royal-Hall Funeral Home.
