Brenda Gail (Culbreth) Harris

Mrs. Brenda Gail Culbreth Harris, 51, of 101 E. Johnson Street passed away on Sunday, November 20th 2016 at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill. 

Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 25th 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ray Ammons officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.

 Born on October 8, 1965 in Bladen County, Brenda was the daughter of Donald Bennett Culbreth and the late Dorothy Matthews Culbreth. She worked as an insurance agent for over twenty years with Jefferson Pilot Insurance Company. She loved to work outside and had a passion for camping and all types of fishing, especially at the Outer Banks. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Timmy, for 33 years.  

 Brenda is survived by her husband, Tim Harris; her father, Donald Culbreth of Elizabethtown; sister-in-law, Bonnie Cribbs/Blackman of Clinton; nephew, Matthew Daughtry of Charlotte; a cousin, Anita Halcomb of Huntersville, an aunt, Shirley Matthews and her great-aunt, Maxine Smith Cashwell, both of Elizabethtown.  

 The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home.
